Patterned Carpets
Our line of patterned products, carpets with a combination of cut ends and looped ends of yarn, are manufactured with the same polypropylene yarn system used in the cut piles. This enables the customer to offer both products without changing the vinyl make-up to accommodate two different colors of reds, blues, etc. Our patterned line of carpet varies between 20 and 28 oz. All products are specified with marine back but other backing options are available.
G00X Tip Shear:
18, 20 and 22 oz. tip-sheared product constructed in a high/low looped patterned then the high loops are“shaved” during the coating stage to give the product a cut/loop construction. When introduced over three years ago, this product revolutionized the look and feel of the carpet for pontoon builders. Prior to its introduction, patterned carpets were difficult to install and minimums were too large for the medium to small builders. Limited to a “checkerboard” and diagonal pattern, these styles have become our more popular products due to their competitive pricing and no minimums.
SCLXXXX Series:
18, 20, 22, 24 and 28 oz. Cut / Loop patterned products using state of the art computer controlled tufting equipment owned by Sparta Carpets. Using this new technology, we are able to offer the customer an unlimited array of repeatable patterns designed by the customer to meet their specific needs. With low minimums and competitive pricing, we are excited about what opportunities lie ahead with these products.
